 Overview |
The Kendriya Vidyalayas have a four - fold mission, viz.,
-
To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government including
Defence and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education;
- To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education;
- To initiate and promote experimentation and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Concil of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) etc. and
- To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of "Indianness" among children.

- Tulsi Jayanti has been Celebrated on 16/August/2010 during Morning Assembly.
- Ms Kiran Soreng, who rendered her services as TGT (S.Sc.) at Kendriya Vidyalaya Ambikapur has qualified Jharkhand PSC Examination and consequently she has been recruited as Dyputy Collector.
We, the Students, Staff and The Principal feel proud of her significant success. Congratulations and our good wishes for Madam Kiran Soreng.
- "Billion Minutes Good Wishes Bank" : Project launched by Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, was deliberated to the students in the morning assembly on 27/07/2010 by Sister Indu Wankhede. Students and staff of the vidyalaya have been motivated to spread the message of good wishes and loving care among the people of the world through meditation and prayer.
- Activity and Competition on World Population Day has been Conducted.
- Results of Class XII : 86.36 and Class X : 96.10.
- Annual Day of the Vidyalaya will be Celebrated on 29-April-2010.
- FORMAT FOR REGISTRATION DETAILS ANNEXURE A and FORMAT FOR DISPLAYING THE "LIST OF CANDIDATES (CLASS I ) SELECTED ANNEXURE B has been provided in Aamission section of the Website with file name "Annuxere A Admission 2010 "
- The Result of Session 2009-10 of Classes I to IX and XI will be declared on 29th March 2010.
- Last date for receipt of the Tenders concerning Security, Conservancy and Gardening in the Vidyalaya stands extended upto 25/March/2010.
- Tender Forms and Related Documents available in Download Section (Files 1. Tender Documents and 2. Tender Manpower Responsibilities. 3. ADVT modification) for providing Manpower through service contract for the session 2010-2011.
